From the very beginning dance had always been at the forefront of Kennison’s life. Growing up she attended various studios including Houston Academy of Dance, Sonia’s World of Dance, The MET and Soreal Dance Studio. Growing up she would choreograph for events and teach at her grandparents multiple daycare centers. Throughout high-school she completed one year of drill team and spent the rest of her teen years at Soreal and attending one summer program at Alvin Ailey and classes at Broadway Dance Center. She went on to dance with DAC and attend Texas Women’s University double majoring in Nursing and Dance. Kennison’s dream has always been to guide and help students access their strongest ability within with good training and strong discipline.
